Glen Echo

When I was a little girl my folks would take us to a small amusement park called Glen Echo. At the time it had ( to me) the scariest spook house, a wonderful carousel, refreshing pool, bumper cars, a roller coaster and more. I remember having the best times there. It closed during the late ‘60s. Later, when my child was growing up they had puppet shows . Now the venue has become more sophisticated and has events and dancing.  The Glen Echo Park Art and Culture Partnership was established in 2002.  They  are holding a Holiday Art show and sale.  Nov. 24 , 2017 - January 7th 2018
